Return policy is absurd

Return policy is absurd. You have 15 or 22 days (not sure which since the website says both) to return an item from the PURCHASE date. So if there is a weather delay or slow shipping or you’re out of town when the package arrives, you have a tiny window to make the decision to return it or else you’re out of luck. Almost every other store offers a 30 day return policy or at least a credit. I will never shop here again. It’s clear that customer service is not their priority. As this is an online store for most people, we are taking a chance on your product by buying somewhat blindly and 12thTribe thanks customers by having this extremely strict return policy and then not being able to be contacted with questions. Not worth it. There are a ton of other online retailers that serve their customers better and I’ll happily go shop elsewhere.

Insane return policy

Insane return policy- charging $14 for shipping to send the product back. It's not even overnight shipping they are paying for so they are definitely profiting off the return. Yes they give you the option of receiving the value back in a gift card, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something just to have it tied up in a gift card. I also didn't see this described anywhere on their website ahead of time or I would not have purchased. Most companies if they charge return shipping only charge a max of like $8. This is a terrible business practice and I definitely won't be a return customer.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service - it's impossible to get to a person. I made two orders. One was backordered until the 30th and by the 8th I hadn't heard. I had to follow up with them - they said the product would be in IN A FEW WEEKS to THEM. Not to me. No ETA when I'd finally see the item they took my money on more than a month ago. I ended up cancelling given the below:
The other item I purchased during their site wide "Black Friday" sale. It didn't fit and when I tried to return it they said it was a "sale item." I've never heard of a site wide sale and the items are considered "sale items" - every store I shop at they are 2 different things.
Would not allow me to return given the confusion. Insisted it was clear on their website which it was NOT as I would not have ordered. Very rude about it.
DO NOT ORDER!!!!
